Been going to this optical shop since 2012 and it’s still my go-to till now. Max, the optometrist, is honestly the best. Super patient, easy to talk to, and always explains things in a way that actually makes sense. You can tell he genuinely cares (he even treat my dry eyes first before proceeding to check my power) The shop itself is really comfy, and the decor is so nice and calming. It doesn’t feel stressful like a typical eye check at all. Customer service has always been solid — friendly, warm, and they actually remember you, which is rare these days. Just really glad I found this place.
